All displayed odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, the odds are locked for that transaction. Sortoto reserves the right to correct any manifest error in pricing. Bets placed on manifestly erroneous odds may be voided and stakes returned.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Sortoto platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Where a violation is identified, Sortoto may immediately suspend the account, freeze the balance pending investigation, void all associated winnings, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

Sortoto's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Sortoto makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
